New Zealander Roly Crichton, well known swim coach of paralympic multi-gold medalist Sophie Pascoe was in Singapore recently. He conducted workshops for swimmers under the Singapore Disability Sports Council’s development programmes. Roly shares with us his experience in coaching and thoughts about our budding athletes.
